Paul Viveros, Partner, REBC, RHU, LUTCF

Paul Viveros is from Glendora, California and is a Partner.  Mr. Viveros has over 11 years of financial planning and insurance experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, Pomona. He was awarded the professional designations of Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) in 1999, Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) in 2001, and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) in 2002 by The American College.  Mr. Viveros is a member of the California Association of Health Underwriters (CAHU) and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He is the current president of MERCI, a non-profit organization in Monterey Park, California.   Mr. Viveros was also the Past President of the Cal Poly Alumni Association.

Eugene E. Mueller, Legal Counsel, JD, MBA, CPCU

Gene Mueller is from Pasadena, California, and is our Legal Counsel. Mr. Mueller has over fifteen years of legal and insurance experience in leading large law firms and insurance brokerages. While in the JD/MBA graduate program at the University of Southern California, Mr. Mueller co-authored his law review article with Richards D. Barger, the former Insurance Commissioner of California. Upon graduation from USC in 1992, he entered private law practice at Barger & Wolen in Los Angeles. Mr. Mueller also practiced corporate and insurance law for a brief stint at Manatt Phelps Phillips in Los Angeles.

In 1997, Mr. Mueller joined the New York office of the international law firm Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson, specializing in corporate and insurance law, and became a member of the State Bar of New York. In 1998, he was awarded the professional designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) by the American Institute.

Robert S. Piscitello, Partner, Certified Financial Planner

Rob Piscitello is from Sherman Oaks, California and is a Partner.  Mr. Piscitello has over 20 years of financial planning and insurance experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and in 1992 he was awarded the professional designation of Certified Financial Planner by the National Endowment for Financial Education.  Mr. Piscitello has served as an adjunct faculty member of the College for Financial Planning and is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents and Brokers Association.  Mr. Piscitello has also served on the Young Agents Council.
